The BTWN aims to help individuals achieve success in BT, through:

• Networking - growing their network and developing excellent networking skills.
• Development - access to speakers, role models and training.
• Support - mentoring, coaching, advice and guidance.

Networking is a key skill for the 21st Century - it does matter WHAT you know, but it matters still more WHO you know!  But creating a personal network can be hard in these days of flexible and home working. 

The BTWN online network has been created to make it easier for you to make new connections and for members to help each other - without leaving your desk.
